Building your own home is more affordable than you think. Several financing routes available:

How it works: Lender releases funds in stages (land purchase β†’ foundations β†’ weathertight β†’ completion). Interest charged only on released funds.

Requirements: Usually 20-25% deposit, proof of detailed plans and costs (we provide this).
